  Beginners questions.

Is there any site where I could download the latest blocks for LDraw? I have those which come with the program but I would like to have more. I can't find minifigs I need. What is the best program to make own blocks? Is it difficult? /Markus (24 years ago, 28-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Yes, if a part-file does have the standard L-CAD header lines, it was written by James. (...) It lookes good.   Fixed Part #2791- added edge ridges  [DAT]

I have completed the fix on part #2791- Technic steering rack I added the edge-ridges in linetype 4 by re-doing the sloped edges. by the way, who made this part in the first place? I assumed it was James. Hope you like it! Jonathan Gevaryahu (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Kidvention: Part (6085) Needed!

While examining part 6084 Windscreen Top (Aquanaut Sub) to see what portions I might be able to reuse in creating part 6084, I noticed quite a few errors in the part. There are many extra type 2 lines, and even a misplaced quadrilateral. The whole (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Working on fix for part 2791

(...) Have you tried LDAO's Editor? It's basically a (weak) text editor with some added functions specific to the needs of editing parts. For viewing, LDAO requires either LDLite or L3Lab. Steve (24 years ago, 23-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Working on fix for part 2791  [DAT]

i'm working on a fix for part 2791 to code the ridges on the two sloped edges in linetype 4 instead of 2. This should make raytraces look decent.
