Hi all, I just finished a new mecha. You can see it here: (URL) came from: Armored Core 2 Gundam Wing Xenosaga The model also hosts a new hand design (utilizes those small levers): (URL) I coverted all of my old inlined .DAT files into .MPD / .LDR (...) (...) Thanks... Actually, I had 'cargo' as seperat model, and when I decided to turn the dat into a MPD, I just copyed the needed parts to a submodel. I guess 'cargo.dat' snaked itself into the back.dat. Thanks! John Kruer (22 years ago, 16-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) Hi, John, The problem comes from the first line in Back.dat: ... (...) ... In MLCad, since this was called "Cargo" instead of "Cargo Bay.dat", it wouldn't show up. Interestingly, MLCad turned "Cargo Bay.dat" in the model Whole.dat, into (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Whenever I render this Invader file, somehow a second cargo bay is put in the area of the cockpit. I've deleted all the submodels, and even created a new submodel for the complete model, and the problem dosn't go away. (URL) Kruer 0 FILE Whole.dat 0 (...) (...) Very nice! I thought about using the rotor piece to hold six tanks (since I knew the geometry would work out nicely), but I didn't want to have the 'brackets' on the end of the tanks. I like it Steve. I really like the simplicity of the first version as well. The second version reminds me of something I've been working on for a new model: (URL) cylinders are a perfect fit. Here's an enlarged variation on my previous posting. This probe is longer, with some storage/fuel tanks. The disk on the front/top of the probe is an extremely cheesy mockup of the pod racer intake vent from <set:7186> Watto's Junkyard. I'm not sure (...)
