Try viewing it with LDLite or L3Lab. The minifig was made using LDao's
Minifig Modeler, which spits out code with LDLite language extensions.
MLCAD and L3P don't recognize the LDLite commands, so they render
incorrectly.
BTW: the newest version of LDao does *not* write LDLite code from the
Minifig Modeler and the upcoming version of MLCAD *will* recognize the
LDLite commands.

| (...) There's a beta version of L3P which does recognize the LDLite commands, and I would guess that the DAT->POV converter in L3Lab would too, as L3Lab does. (Is that the converter the beta L3P?)
