  Re: Help with Patterns

(...) Thanks, Things are slowly working themselves out as I get to know some new programs - and how to identify errors that come up and such. Hopefully, I'll be ready to submit an initial 3069bpx28.dat soon. Quad2Dat has become really helpful. Ben (18 years ago, 24-Aug-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Help with Patterns

(...) So how do I get Quad2Dat files back to a .dat file? Is there a reversal switch? (18 years ago, 24-Aug-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Help with Patterns

(...) If you didn't use it, have a look to Quad2dat ((URL) this may help a lot! And to reimport what you already did, you may use Dat2qp: (URL) (18 years ago, 23-Aug-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Help with Patterns

(...) That helps - it is also what I was afraid of - trying to fill in little gaps at weird angles. Thanks, back to the pasting board, ben (18 years ago, 23-Aug-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Help with Patterns

(...) You should not "stack" the colors. Each color is only in one area. For example if you have a red ring around a yellow disc you have to model the yellow disc and a red ring around it and not stack a red disc over the yellow ring. All surfaces (...)   Help with Patterns  [DAT]

I've been working on the pattern for 3069bpx28 "Tile 1 x 2 with Blue Screen and Red and Silver Panel Pattern" I'm having trouble stacking the different colors on each other, the main color bleeds through the other ones even when I've made 3 subpart (...)   Re: 58231.DAT Slope 33 3 x 6 is wrong type

(...) 58231 is the "opaque" version. 51818 is the "transparent". Same shape, as you note by noticing the dual stamping of codes. -- joshua (18 years ago, 25-Jul-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  58231.DAT Slope 33 3 x 6 is wrong type

Hi, Again while going through LGEO, i discovered 58231.DAT to be Slope 33 3 x 6, old version (as 3939), only 58181.DAT is new version without inner walls. All real parts 58181 I own have numbers 58181 and 58231 molded, so I think 58231.DAT should (...) (18 years ago, 21-Jul-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Still working on my MFHead program. v0.02 now handles double-faced mf heads like this 3626bpsc correctly. Before I officially release the program, I will try to make it handle patterns at the torused parts, like chin and upper forehead. I will (...) (18 years ago, 14-Jul-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: 10182 Cafe Corner as ldr anyone?

(...) Sorry Willy, but as I do not buy every new set I have to wait for submissions ;-) from others or that the instruction is available anywhere (now it is) and then I need time to make it. It is on my todo list. cu mikeheide (18 years ago, 22-Jun-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Edge lines in patterns

(...) Well :-) The short answer is that I was using 606p02 as a reference, and it has edge-lines... I have now been made aware that this wasn't the best example I could have picked :-D Anyway...I'm about to start an overhaul of all the 32x32 (...)   Re: Edge lines in patterns

  Re: Edge lines in patterns

  Edge lines in patterns

Hi guys, I thought we had specs for almost everything, but I was proven wrong. Looking at this pattern (URL) see 24colored edges around the pattern. I was going to hold vote it, since I never "edged" a pattern - and I made a lot of them in my career (...) (18 years ago, 17-Jun-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad)
