  Anyone working on monorail tracks?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone is working on the two monorail ramp pieces? The 2677 (URL) and 2678 (URL) I'm going to need them shortly because the project I'm working on is rather big and bendy at the moment, and I'd really like to use MLCad as (...)   Re: New part: Slope Brick 33 3 x 2 with Red and Yellow Number 1 Pattern

(...) If it goes onto the tracker, I suspect it will be held also because the part of the one that sticks out to the left at the top doesn't stick out enough, and the curved portion there should probably be curvier. (Note that all I can compare it (...) (21 years ago, 23-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) You're so right. I have made the adjustments. Now to look for my PT account for it has been too long since I posted any new parts :-) Jaco (21 years ago, 23-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New part: Slope Brick 33 3 x 2 with Red and Yellow Number 1 Pattern

(...) Jaco Thanks for posting this. The "usual way" is to paint the background to the pattern in color 16 - to relfect the fact that only the non-brick colous are printed and the same pattern could be rendered on a different colour brick. (...) (21 years ago, 23-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New way to make Ldraw parts?

Plough's script works beautifully even with Blender 2.37, but it does seem as if Yann beat the both of us to it. Thanks, I will check that out. Hm - I wonder if Blender could be used to place the markers for stud connections? Just a random thought, (...) (21 years ago, 7-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: New way to make Ldraw parts?

(...) If I recall that script won't work with the current blender version. A better script is here: (URL) (21 years ago, 7-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

New way to make Ldraw parts?

Has anyone looked into using Blender to create new Ldraw parts? There is a script that reads Dat to Blender (URL), so perhaps it wouldn't be so hard to flip the script? I'm a programming noob, so I may be off base there. As I understand it, Mlcad or (...) (21 years ago, 7-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad, FTX)

Re: Reduced versions of BBB wheels

(...) Thanks Tim, yes I believe the originals are from a modelling tool. And I'll be first to admit, mine are not as accurate as the originals, I sacrificed accuracy for size.
