Hi Ahui and all others,
I am currently writing a combined Con 1xx and Ren 1xx.
The first two chapters are already (yesterday actually) send to Tim Courtney
(did you recieve them Tim?). They cover a short explanation of the software
(L3P, L3PAO and POV-Ray) and a step by step guide on how to install them.
I am now writing first conversion and rendering, explaning how the camera is
placed and how cameras work in real life. I also include some basic POV
editing (like changing PCT, background and floor colours) and POV options
(like anti-alias and file formats).
The whole will cover all L3PAO options, so lights and the other options
(-BU, -O, -Q etc) will be written.
If anyone would like to co-write/co-edit this project don't hesitate to
contact me. It is a lot of work and I am making progress, but slow progress.
Input, ideas, corrections, feedback, anything is welcome.
Well, I am going back to work (my real work).
