Argh! There are TRANSFORM commands in there? What was I thinking when I wrote
the cursed utility?
Hmm. Assuming the worst, you can highlight the lines inside the TRANSFORM ...
TRANSFORM END commands, then click the "Subfile" button (along with some lines,
it has a blue arrow, pointing right) (point your mouse at it for a second, it'll
pop up a 'Subfile'). Give it filename (like temp.dat). This will give you a
result something like:
0 TRANSFORM <12 ugly numbers>
1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 temp.dat
0 TRANSFORM END
Take the 12 ugly numbers, and paste them over the (0 0 0 1)*3 numbers, giving
you:
1 16 <12 ugly numbers> temp.dat
Put the cursor on that line, and click the 'inline' button. It's to the left of
the subfile button.
Delete the 0 TRANSFORM (END) lines entirely.

Hope this helps and does not confuse.

| (...) [snipped instructions for TRANSLATE and ROTATE] Great! Thanks, Steve! Now, what do I do about the TRANSFORM commands? (...) What does this mean? Thanks, Franklin (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)
