I think we are looking more at an engineering oversite rather than an
LDraw one. When making mock ups of a building in LDraw, I will often build
the former style wall for speed to get the shape down and then go back
later and re-build the latter style for a final version.
As for the model, I like the concept. I may try to adapt it to my own theme.
One question from me though. What's up with the cell on the right? It looks
like it is sitting on a platform of some sort. Is there an accessory the goes
there? (OK two questions) I have my own interpretation of what it may be used
for, but the builder is the ultimate authority on the original MOC.

| the hole in the wall where the cell is is one of the features of the jail. the vechicle drives up to the hole and the cell goes straight through the hole into the jail. that way the prosiner never leaves the cell. (less chance of escape). (26 years ago, 14-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad)
