hi dave,
I share the same feeling and my site is not supposed to behave in that way!
could you please give me some extra information via email on the browser you are
using, or the language set in your OS. to easy the usage for italian and german
readers I added some javascript to the front page which redirects you to the
custom language front pages based on the language flag in your OS. I guess this
causes the problem with the back button.
