Sticker is allowed, the list at the above URL is slightly out of date and will
be fixed.

It specifies that the part name begin with "Sticker". A part's category is the
first word in the part title if none is explicitly stated via a CATEGORY meta.

All articles (that is any URL containing "file=article") on the LDraw.org server
can be referenced via the following form:
http://www.ldraw.org/article/XXX where XXX is the number after the "sid="
portion of the long URL. It's not more descriptive but is definately shorter.
