| | | | | | I had the same error on my laptop (8MB video). Launch the preferences icon in the designer folder and change the setting to low end spec (something like that). Then do the save and launch. This fixed the issue for me. Hope this helps. George (20 years ago, 13-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad)

Open the tool (Start Menu -> LEGO Software -> LEGO Digital Designer -> Preferences) then select the user defined category, choose customize, and pick your resolution (...) It's in C:/Program Files/LEGO Software/LEGO Digital Designer/lego.conf and you can edit the Height and Width values in that file to get a custom resolution. -- (...) | | | | I couldn't get this to run on my system - As downloaded, the program wouldn't launch at all, it couldn't find all of its DLLs. I tried the fix mentioned elsewhere in this thread (setting the video settings to "low") and the program launched (...) (20 years ago, 15-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad)
