Re: Unofficial LeoCAD parts update #17

(...) No. It started out as a viewer, but I added an LEDIT compatible editor mode a long time ago. (...) You can do it that way by putting ldglite in polling mode. In fact that's what I initially thought would work best for me. But the poll and (...) (20 years ago, 27-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.leocad)

Re: Unofficial LeoCAD parts update #17

(...) But isn't Ldglite just a viewer, compared to the editor Leocad? That said, it seems to have the advantage of actually working, so maybe Emacs + Ldglite would be a viable way to edit Ldraw files. Last time I tried Leocad it crashed after a (...)   Advise on Flex tubing and Pneumatic hoses

I have been making the custom length flex tubing (using 75.dat and 76.dat) for a while, I normally crate the length I want save it for future use as, for exampl 75_12.dat and import it into my model as a subpart to allow for use of the .mpd on other (...)   Re: Call for Nominations to LDraw.org Steering Committee

As we get nearer to the election, I wanted to post my thoughts on what I think the steering committee should look like. We're electing the SC to lead the LDraw organization. To codify it, define what it really is, and how it works. In the past we (...) (20 years ago, 26-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: Unofficial LeoCAD parts update #17

(...) Ouch! That stings. While it may not be as pretty as LeoCAD (or well documented) ldglite does work on linux. Here's a snapshot of ldglite creating a hose on an old mandrake system.
