I'd like to (finally) add BFC support to LDView, so I performed a search here on lugnet.cad.dev to try and track down the BFC spec. Unfortunately, all the links I found were no longer valid. (Seeing as how the articles were 2 to 3 years old, that's (...) (22 years ago, 11-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Edit the ini-file in an editor is the only way to update the minifig generator. The generator is in no way connected to the parts.lst-file. (Actually the alpha version had all refrences hardcoded into MLCad.exe. Therefore the ini-file is a (...) (22 years ago, 11-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Steve I know this method works for sure. MANUALLY edit the MLCAD.ini file (use a text editor) and add the parts you want that the minifig generator to "see". Or you can try this method (this might work). Open MLCad and click on file -> Scan (...) (22 years ago, 11-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad)

File is in MPD Format. You may want to separate the hoses out. This set was available from a McDonald's special offer. Unfortunenatly the only motors I own are these (I have 2) and an older 4.5V one. Another LEGO friend is busy making me some gearing to give the motor more power. (...) This fix is like wetting your pants; you'll have the same problem with the next POV file. The correct solution is to fix the PovRay include file colors.inc (probably C:\Program Files\POV-Ray for Windows v3.5\include\colors.inc) by inserting (...) (22 years ago, 9-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) That motor you're using is the old-style technic motor thats not geared down, so it has much less torque - you may have more luck with a new-style one (URL) however that may rotate it too fast.
