Steve, Have you received updated DAT files for all of the minifig torso patterns, yet, for the change in how we do the neck-marks? If not, which ones still need to be changed? Did I ever offer this suggestion, that instead of hard-coding the actual (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad.dev)

Yes, it can be done. I use Bryce4 for my rendering work. What I have found is that the DXF converter works by grouping colored parts together. The transparent pieces need to be of a different color so the converter will single out those particular (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.ray)

I finally decided to update my MIME types for DAT files on my computer - and I can't seem to get to the MIME type setting in Windows 2000. Anyone know how to set the mime type to application/x-ldraw? I can't even tell if that is set on there or not. (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad)

Well as I made my first animation befor with Anton Raves's Pov lib but I for got that not everyone has M$ Media player 7 I decided to forget about the asf file format and use avi for now. So here another animation that I made of a castle 6080. (URL) (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad)

I'll second that notion. I'm sure there are parts out there that people aren't entering into the parts tracker. Of course, they'd have to post a message to the newsgroup... Also, "Is this part available" messages posted here and to cad.dat.parts (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad)

Hello I need some help understanding the Ring-r.dat primitives: What does "1 16 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 2 ring3.dat" mean ? Is it a ring with (radius 3 and ring-width 1)x 2, thus giving a ring with radius 6 and ring-width 2 ? Thanks Henrik (24 years ago, 26-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad)
