Re: Did LEGO ever make this part?

Hi Dan, I've been looking for such a part for the past year now, and I've come to the conclusion that it just doesn't exist...yet. Maybe TLG will get the hint that it is a viable and wanted part. -Dave (24 years ago, 14-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Sub Models

Well, when I am looking at other people's models, I tend to store them in their own separate directory whenever they have ANY submodels, so having more doesn't bother me much. One thing that I do find to be annoying is when there are lots of (...) (24 years ago, 14-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

you little beauty. Now if we can only get the rest of the ice planet decorated parts and the visor then ice planet 2002 will be the first space theme where all of the elements used in its sets are modeled in ldraw :) (24 years ago, 13-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Did LEGO ever make this part?

  Sub Models

Is it possible to have too many sub models? I am working on 6989, and I currently have about 12 sub-models, 1 for each of most of the moving parts.
