Re: automated rendering??? (was "Re: New White Tiger Mecha")

(...) I guess I should note that I'm using POVRay v3.1, L3P v1.2 20000616, and Anton's library v415. I'm mainly having trouble wrapping my head around the texture changes from POVRay 3.0 to 3.1 (needs a major version number change, IMO), and how I (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: More newbie questions

(...) Some issues here: 1. The automatic way of getting MLCad (or any DAT/MPD viewer) to launch when you download a DAT or MPD file is to register the correct mime type with MLCad. (1) LUGNET serves DAT content as mime type "application/x-ldraw", so (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

I have a Mac...am I screwed if I want to get in on this L-Draw gig? (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Snapshots in MLCad

(...) Isn't there a way to copy what you see on the screen into the clipboard, and paste it into a paint program? I think it's like: Alt+PrintScreen or Shift+PrintScreen or something, then open your paint program and hit Paste. Right? Am I wrong (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Snapshots in MLCad

(...) Since MLCad now implements the ability to rotate the oblique view to whatever viewing angle you want, how about a command that just takes the current oblique view and gives you an absolute rotation step to that rotation and origin value, (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: More newbie questions

(...) MLCad isn't the only thing that one could associate with .cgi, unfortunately. That's why. (.Dat either..., like I said before, we can't change it but it was a bad choice....) I don't know if this is a change in LUGNET, or a change because I (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: [part] Updated S\973S01.DAT

(...) For the sake of keeping the basic part free of marks, how about putting the neck mark in a bitmap subfile, like how the torso patterns are done? Cheers, - jsproat (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Snapshots in MLCad

This is either a request for info on MLCad, or a feature request, I'm not sure. I would like to be able to load a model, go into edit view and move down a bunch of parts, orient the oblique view so the parts are all visible, then print a picture of (...) "Steve Bliss" <blisses@worldnet.att.net> wrote in message news:6jqnpsg4q0shhd0...4ax.com... (...) Why not? AFAIK, that's the only way to do it, if you want it to be automatic. Otherwise you have to select 'open with' each time. At least that's my (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)
