| Thanks to everyone for all the positive feedback, it is much appreciated. As usual, I never know when to stop messing with a project and declare it 'done', and so I've been tampering with the Solaris. Based on some comments, and my own (...) | (...) This rocks, I am blown away. Gray and blay is thoughtfully mixed, and that looks really good. The "nose" has an interesting ducklike shape, giving this SHIP an unique profile. | Stuff I like: (3 URLs) I'm not so keen on the saucer bit up front - I think a flatter, more angular head would have been better. Also, missiles. I'm a sucker for missiles. | This SHIP started in 2002 as an experiment to build a click-hinge based cylinder, and eventually became a composite of various SNOT and non-standard building techniques.
