| | | | | It's probably more a matter of taste and expediency. For example, I've changed the heads on all of my bearded warrant officers for smileys, to turn them into privates. In the interests of equal opportunity, I like to have lots of female minifigs, so I am always interested in acquiring more female heads which I can put onto the torsos.
