     well, thank you all for correcting me... battletech is about the only place from whence i know a great deal of mechs... it is pretty obvious how they stole some of their designs, although i'm afraid i haven't seen many anime with mecha that look (...)      (...) Well like one of the other posters said, FASA had to remove a number of mechs from their products after getting caught using them.      Invid Invasion was originally Mospeada (which also refers to the Cyclone motorbikes) Macross Saga was originally Macross The Robotech Masters was ... umm... hmm, I forget too :P The music for all WAS very cool ^_^ PS do try Patlabor if you can, the (...)      Yes, the series has more labors in it, tho its hard to find the eps anywhere... took me over a month to finally get the 7 original OAVs, 16 second OAVs, and 47 episodes of the TV series...
