Hmmm, yeah. Should be easy enough. Seems to me we create a series of look up tables, populate them with wieghts and keep a data dictionary handy for modification if needed. Then another table where mecha creations can be entereed with thier ratings and then a script to translate individual ratings into an overall "score." We need some webspace to make that happen though. I wonder if this would be a neat function to add to the LMHoF website. Maybe make it something fun to do with your mech while you visit?

I think this could be interesting. Another few factor to consider might be
environment? Mech's "A" scores might be 22% Urban environment, 44%Jungle
environment, 66%desert Environment and , 106%Moon Environment, for example.
As for ratings of weapons and the like, doesn't BrickWars have the functionality
for that? We might be able to just leech off of that system insead of
recreating our own. (sadly, I don't know much about Brickwars so I'd have to go
read it out to find out myself)
Joint type, should add "stud on brick" to reflect smaller creations like
powersuits.
Joint question. Often joints are made to look like they move but don't. What
do those count as?
I think this is a fun idea. The real challenge will be to develop a system that
correcly develops a score per what it aught to be. I mean, it'll all be
pointless just for fun percentiles, but why not? Who else is game?
