I can't really imagine the initial server load would be too heavy.

Great point and noted. I have started to develop a system and I have added
environment to the list.

First, I think that the majority of Mech are armed but I think the project
should look at two factors: functionality and weaponary. Each separately, then
someone like Eric could design a peaceful Mech and still have it rated.

Agreed. A small Mech should be able to score just as high as a z40.

If you are thinking of Velociraptor, so was I. It is a good question. I don't
really have an answer yet.
