I did everything I could in black, but there were some parts in the cockpit and missile launchers that I didn’t have in black, so I left them in gray, but grouped the colors together. I was also disappointed with the original foot design, so I re-did the feet and a few other details, and this is the final product.



I decided to post it because I think it shows what you can accomplish with better color grouping.

This is a wonderful improvement Kyle!

I just love the new, cold, hard look of the Widowmaker now. It’s almost like and Iron Reich mecha, but even more evil. :-)

The rounded missile launcher boxes still bother me. I’ve mentioned this to you before; your missile boxes give the impression that the rear-ends of the missiles inside are curved or that that space is useless. Perceptively, this messes with my mind, but then again, it’s probably just me. ;-)

Great job once again! Keep it up.

But yeah, when you look at actual military hardware, there aren't any round parts unless there's a specific reason for them to be round, and there's no reason for a missile box to be (...)
