    C/T-347 Pioneer —Mark Neumann
Ladies and Gents, The C/T-347 Pioneer (URL) Pioneer ship>> click on pic Interior shots: (URL) Interior pics>> click on pic The Pioneer was designed with all kinds of cargo uses in mind. Mecha, military, and civilian. The hatches on Pioneer are all (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space, FTX) !!

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Larry Pieniazek
(...) Whoa, that's a sweet ship! I love the way you used the silvered wheels for engine nacelles. I can hardly wait till this folder: (...) is moderated! I think it's great to have interoperability in models. Is there a cargo container standard (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Larry Pieniazek
(...) Er, well now that I can see more pics I see maybe they're weapons rather than engines? Whichever. Maybe engines that ARE weapons? :-) (too tired to do a proper JAL pastiche but you get the idea) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Mark Neumann
(...) Nope all engines. Four drive engines and eight landing engines. Notably this ship has no guns. It was a stretch for me but I resisted. (doesn't mean I may make a gunship varian in the future though....) Thanks for the post Larry! Mark (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Larry Pieniazek
(...) Ok so what is the function of all the trans neon orange greebly stuff inside the nacelles then? That's what made me think these were weapons. (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Mark Neumann
(...) The trans orange is supposed to be the flare of the engines, burny stuff.. Ever since I was 12 and did the old classic space ship engines (you know the 4 to 2 x cones, yeah) I'd fill the back of them with trans red 1x cylinders to make fire, (...)         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Dave Johann
(...) Sweet mother of.... Mark, when did you start channelling Dan Jassim? I only ask because this looks like something we could see you tooling down the highway in! Great job once again. I look forward to seeing this once all the pics are (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Andrew Engstrom
(...) Oh, wow......... (recovers from faint) This is really one sweet baby. I LOVE it! I' quivering in anticipation of moderated folders... Andrew (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Terry Prosper
Quite a ship you built there. It's very nice looking and it looks full of nifty details. Great work! But I have a concern about it... Do you intend to put it on a shelf and if so, do you have a shelf strong enough to support it? I'd worry about the (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Mark Neumann
(...) Hehehe. Uh, no. Actually I designed it so the wings come off with the release of three pins. The ship is stored on my floor wingless. Mark (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Paul Baulch
(...) Nice stairs!!! Whole thing has a great playable chunky 'Tonka' look and feel. Well done! Cheers, (URL) Sci-Fi LEGO> (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —John Henry Kruer
(...) airplane deisgn. Wow. I can see this channeling a Hercules cargo plane. Can you say 'beast'? I love the huge cargo container. Thats huge. The inside is way bigger then any building I've ever built. The inside of the actual ship-part is neat (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Daniel Rubin
(...) So, uh, are you sane? I mean... it's just so BIG. This thing is great, so many cool features. The crane, the container (great greebs, shape, etc.), spiral stairs... I could go on espousing the praises of this thing all night! Also, thumbs up (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Mark Neumann
(...) No, Homer took my sanity certificate. Mark (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —David Rabadan
(...) The Tieran Marine Core needs you! That is one incredible ship. Multiple uses, huge playability. I love it. That cargo hold is great. When I first saw it it reminded me of the Gundam dropships. Please take that as a great compliment because (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Mike Petrucelli
(...) Wow. Now that is awesome. Even has moonbase conections. The dark red looks really good as accents too. The chrome wheels as engines just makes the model to me, though. -Mike Petrucelli (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Eric Sophie
(...) It's packed with fun. It does almost everything. The Pioneer includes many features to look at and figure out. Interoperability. Rock on Snow Daddy. (...) I looked at every pic and found all kinds of neat things. Stuff I had to look twice at (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Mark Neumann
(...) Well, let's see, I'm just about out of red brick, plate, slope and tiles. Spite two trips to the pick a brick and two purchases on bricklink. I found myself emptying drawers out of my drawer system so freed up some space there. Didn't run out (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Stefan Garcia
Oooh...blinkies. :^) Very sweet ship, the thing is huge! Very cool. -Stefan- (20 years ago, 10-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Kyle Vrieze
(...) snip Holy crap, what a tear you're on, Mark! The Pioneer absolutely rocks. I've got just about all my Lego parted out and sorted now, and I was going to attempt a better dropship than what I've done so far, but the coolness of your ship has (...)         Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Tom McDonald
(...) That is all very nice. I enjoyed my tour. You have invented a very versatile craft and I am impressed. 3vil will certainly spread from its use, though generally I like to obliterate from orbit, as it's a much cleaner operation. You should know (...) (20 years ago, 11-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

        Re: C/T-347 Pioneer —Ryan Wood
Very large and very very cool. The color scheme is great, I love the combo of red, dark red, and grey and black. The functionality of the technic portions are way sweet, and the interior layout is ....well, frankly I was amazed. An all-around (...) (20 years ago, 11-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
