(...) Well now that is just awe inspiring. Its nice to see train windows in a non-train MOC. -Mike Petrucelli (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Station 39

So Keith, Whats the deal with Kassandra? I mean, I don't want to step on anyone's toes or anything. But, uh, is she seeing anyone? How serious is this scrubba-dubba thing? Tell her I make a killer saurkraut. Excellent job! You should mention that (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Station 39

(...) Your base is on the same level of quality, if not above, that of Legoland's models. Incredible work, sir. (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Station 39

I love the captions. Very funny. :) What else can I say that hasn't been said... wow. Great work. What is this whole Iron Reich thing, though? It would be nice if you made a story or something. Or is this from a game or movie? -JHK (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Critics welcome....

(...) All are excellent choices! Some are better at modeling while others excel at joints, but you've picked a well rounded group to emulate. Early on I had more of an appreciation for established models than I do now. I, too, prefer to see original (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Critics welcome....

(...) Very true! I know my photo quality is not all that great either, but I am slowly improving there too. (...) Ahh yes. I actually based my early stuff off Ron&Randy Perovich, was GREATLY influenced by Mark Sandlin and Mladen Pejic's older stuff. (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Hello out there--aka FEEDBACK NOW!!

(...) One thing that you may want to try Spencer is consolidating all of those posts into one big announcement. You'll probably get more comments per responses that way and threads have a tendency to reach a critical mass once they get to a certain (...) (...) Tall and lanky or 'what if Shaq were a mecha'. I like the legs because they show a decent range of motion, but I don't like them for the same lack of range. There's no turn out due to the use of click hinges. Unfortunately, I think the main (...) (21 years ago, 2-May-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.military)

I wish I had the kind of resources to keep them both together at once, no, this project represents all but a handfull of my gray bricks. 45 was built (...) Keith, I've come to the conclusion that you alone are the reason light brey brick prices when up on Bricklink. Keep shorting the supply and making these ultra cool creations-I dare ya'! -Dave curator .build.mecha (21 years ago, 2-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Critics welcome....

(...) Not always true. Sometimes just posting is enough if the model is stunning enough. That seems to be the key. Also, I've noticed that when the picture quality is bad, very few posts are made about an otherwise fantastic model. (...) I'll agree (...) (21 years ago, 2-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Next Wave of Battletech

(...) The camo aspect is a difficult one to pull off to be sure. I suspect the reason it doesn't work very well is due more to the scale of the mech than to anything else. Other than that, this is more of a statue than a mech-no articulation (that I (...) (21 years ago, 2-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Curator Picks: Second Chances

(...) Hey there, Travis! I thought the Nosrai looked familiar, but I just wasn't sure. Those are some beautifully clean renderings-that's partly what caught my attention. Any plans on a version 3? Personally, I can't see any room for improvement, (...) (21 years ago, 2-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Critics welcome....

Hey All- This may seem like fishing for posts, but it really isn't! Well, not really anyway. But I am taking Spencer Nowak's point of view and saying that I want criticism, good or bad, just to get feedback on it. It seems the only people who really (...)   Re: New MOC: The Red Death

(...) You've heard the phrase about "gimme gimme", right? Or catching flies with honey? There are any number of clichéd aphorisms that would suit. There are lots of talented builders here who don't get a ton of responses on everything they do. There (...) (21 years ago, 2-May-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.mecha)

I have absolutely no idea where or how to start with this...I'm absolutely amazed. Suffice it to say, going through the shots of this was like watching a movie....a fantastic, incredible movie I'd like to (and will) watch again and again. Awesome (...)
