Hi, I'm Mark and I have been trying to build a mecha. Somehow my try doesn't look right. So I put my question to you Mecha-Experts. Are there any specific aspects that a Mecha should have? I'll admit it, I'm suitably impressed. Mecha in that design are tough enough to get standing properly, but if it has true articulation on a mecha that size then...wow! From the pics, it appears to be roughly four times the size of my Warthog (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

That is awesome! very cool and definitely an original design, any chance we might be able to see the joint tech? After 3-4 years remaining intact, the AW-42 L-Trooper met with an untimely demise during a recent photo shoot a few weeks ago. I didn't want to give you the news until I had the pics up. Hmm... my first mechs I've had for about a year, but if your talking about any MoC, probally the oldest thing I still have together is a cheap amphibious tank I built in 4th grade. Well, Eric, the Zodiac aren't so much a tribe as they are a series of mecha from HardCore Industries Temporal Distribution Center. Think of HITDC as Ford and the Scorpio as my Mustang. Since my Big-Mech-Bot will share the same leg set up as my RG Mech I thought if I make this next one in the same config it will help me "study" for the big push to create the giant leg truss necc. Cool mecha Dave. But I've already told you this face to face. I really like the whole Zodiac line idea. It reminds me of the marketing idea behind the first Mustangs. Personally I don't want Lego making anything mecha. I want a genre that is untouched by their "master builders". A place where I can still build what I want and NOT have it compared to Legoland or some store display. Also (and I know I'm in the (...) (...) I actually like K'nex; for a different building system, it ain't so bad. At least they were bold enough to recognize the market for build-your-own-mech toys. I have made my decision. You are, in my opinion, the undisputed god of lego space! The minute I saw your site, several months ago, I fell in love with your models.
