Well, I've finished all the site building I'm doing today, but I needed to point
out a little something for the .mecha folks. Not one, not two, but three
previously unpublished mecha that were supposed to debut at the LUGOLA meeting
on the 4th. Unfortunately, I got ahead of myself and posted them anyway...DOH!

The Zodiac Series-a series of twelve mecha from HardCore Industries detailing
how similar designs can be altered for specific clients. Six of the mecha are
detailed:

Libra-The scaled down, basic version created for desert combat.

Taurus-As beefy as a small mecha can get, this is the latest addition to the M-
Tron Commandos line-up.

Sagittarius-The oddest looking basic model shows just how much weight this
framework can handle. Jungle colors for jungle combat. This is my signature
model.

*NEW* Capricorn-Small, fast, and infused with an obnoxious colorscheme!

*NEW* Pisces-THe first model to try out Bionicle framework as the main body-
type. I'm particularly proud of this baby bird's raptorish tail.

*NEW* Aries-My ode to the Rock Raiders. They finally get what they need: a big
bruising drilling machine. More firepower than any other mecha it's size. The
second mecha using the Bionicle framework as the main body. Also makes use of a
Roborider body to hold the engine together.

(...) point (...) M- (...) a (...) These are great, Dave! I really like the lever use of Throwbot and Bionicle parts, especially the Bionicle heads for feet; I'm always tempted to just chuck da crazy parts in a big box and forget about them forever (...) Dave, Greetings. I checked out all the stuff you made. Wow your one of the Color Gurus! I'm not sure which one I like best. It's interesting how you work with those colors. Your graphics are top notch. You say you've been off line for a while, well (...) (23 years ago, 3-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.technic.bionicle)

OUCH! Those colour schemes are crazy, but sweet! And definitely original. Beautiful models too, very good use of the throwbot parts, nicely done site as well. -Geordan- (...) (23 years ago, 4-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.technic.bionicle)
