Great question, Geordan!

I keep them alive for quite awhile. At least a year. Warthog was re-built after
being sold, as was Xerxes. Overkill had a big fall and was altered to become
Overkill Mk.II. After it's even worse fall, I'm not rebuilding it in that form.
Mk.III will follow but will be a vastly different project (think Bryce-sized).
Warthog had a similar fall yesterday (bad table) and won't be rebuilt. There are
enough pictures of it and I want to move on to new projects. I'm still up-in-
the-air about how long I'll keep Xerxes together. I'd planned on disassembling
it next week, but circumstances have changed that.

All seven (yes, you read that right) Zodiac mecha that I've made so far will
remain together for quite awhile. There will be 12 of them and they will tour
any LUG meetings or shows I do. I believe they are the strongest mechs I've ever
built, and most survive the occasional fall by losing a part or two. They are
MUCH stronger than Warthog, Xerxes, or Overkill.

I have a spaceship that is still together that was built in 95 or so, and and
most of my M-Tron Commando projects are still assembled.

My town creations come apart quickly, as I don't like them nearly as much.
Assorted other creations (lightsabre, abstract structures, pod racer) come apart
as soon as they are photographed or have appeared at a LUGOLA meeting. I figure
that they've served their purpose at that point.

I guess it all come down to how well attached I am to a creation. I have a
limited amount of space I can use to show it all off, so the non-essential stuff
goes away faster.

Just out of intrest, how long do most people keep their creations alive for? In other words, how long do you wait to throw your mech off the third floor?(just kidding) I know Bryce and Eric keep all of their mechs alive, but I'm wondering about the (...)
