Re: Lego Valkyrie v2.0 (progress shots)

(...) NO MARK!!!! You should DEFINITELY give it a try. Doing the valkyrie has always been my "Holy Grail" project since I was a kid. If there's more people taking a stab at the project, the closer we get to a really good design. I'm still cringe at (...) (24 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Lego Valkyrie v2.0 (progress shots)

Wow! Your new Valkyrie model looks great! Definitely more leaner than your first Valkyrie. BTW how do the arms and legs in your first Valkyrie stand all that weight? It looks like you used a combination of click-hinges and technic joints to do that, (...) (24 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

In fact, I was so impressed that I gave up working on my own (I had started working on one just before you posted your first teaser pics) and since mine didn't look as good, I started working on a couple of other projects instead.   An Apology

As lame as it sounds giving an apology after several people have already told me that I am rude, mean, and possibly evil person, I am still going to try to repent my evil deeds. To whom it may concern, I, Mladen Pejic, apologize to Eric Sophie and (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Kunimasa Fujisawa's AMAZING mecha!

(...) Mladen, you are a braggart and a serious jerk. I think I speak for most everyone here when I tell you that you have just lost the valuable respect of many. It would be best if you left your whiny, self-serving attitude at home. Cheers, - (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Kunimasa Fujisawa's AMAZING mecha!

(...) Those mechs are pretty good ;-). Japanese constructors have the advantage of being saturated from birth with slick anime mecha images. There really should be some highly adept lego mecha builders lurking in japan. I'd like to see more of them (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Kunimasa Fujisawa's AMAZING mecha!

It's been a while since I went to DITRI. It looks like Mr Fujisawa has been busy. While I've seen most if those mechas, a few are new. Fairly large as far as mechs go. I think he only uses technic pins and hinges for the joints. Anyway back to work (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Kunimasa Fujisawa's AMAZING mecha!

(...) Well, actually his stuff has come up before, but it's been almost a year. (URL) (...) Yeah, he really does make some good stuff. Very much looks like the Heavy Gear kind of mecha. I wish he'd make a few minifig-scale mecha. ;^) Thanks for the (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Kunimasa Fujisawa's AMAZING mecha!

(...) I don't understand what you mean. "Big mech-y", his creations aren't big, they're actually small, since they are micro-fig. If you want to see big go check out Bryce McGlone ((URL) Brian Cooper's ((URL) and Dave Thomas Jr.'s ((URL) mecha. (...) (24 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Indeed, I agree , I ahve always admired his work, he has a link posted on lugnet. I'd like to see more people build robots in this style, big mech-y creations!   Kunimasa Fujisawa's AMAZING mecha!

Since Kunimasa, nor anybody else here, has posted anything regarding his mecha, I felt obligated to bring everybody's attention to his amazing work (mecha MOCs)...
