(...) Thanks, Bill! You wouldn't believe what a pain it is to add minifig heads to a structure when you're out of 1x2 plates with center studs in black. I found a door hinge that works pretty well, and looks reasonably clean while still being applicable in numerous situations, so I use it :) The only problem is that most of my hinges are the kind with the hollow studs.
