  Abston Church of Christ

Amy, The church is magnificent. The photo realism is incredible. I hope to get a chance to see it in person. Although I have never been inside a church, I must express my admiration for this project. I am glad that Precious was able to take part in (...) (23 years ago, 24-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

I'm back - and my website has moved

As some of you may have noticed, I've been pretty much out of the LUGNET scene for several months now. Contrary to a lot of folks lately, this had absolutely nothing to do with the political climate on LUGNET (which I think is just as good as it (...) (...) Cool! Go for it. Models that have a lot of good memories behind them are always the best. Adrian (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

Re: New MOC: Grand Haven Lighthouse

(...) Nice lighthouse Adrian. :) Comes from the good side of Michigan! j/k Detroitees! It's a very nice representation of the lighthouse over in Grand Haven. Using your technic for the round-ness of the tower, I might make South Haven's lighthouse. (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

  New MOC: Grand Haven Lighthouse

Here's my entry for the 2002 town contest. It's a model of the Grand Haven lighthouse in Grand Haven, Michigan. I don't know what category it should fit in, since it's basically two small buildings on 4 baseplates. I guess I'll let Kevin make the (...)   Cathedral of Ice - In the ABS! (Posted for Brad Hamilton)

Note: Due to a technical problem, Brad Hamilton is unable to post and asked me to post this for him. A little over a year ago, I designed a virtual cathedral using MLCAD that caused quite a stir.   New MOC - Minifig sized Titanic

Hey guys, I took a break from building space creations, and decided to take a stab at something I had been wanting to create for some time now.   Re: Skyscrapers

(...) Is it done within roughly a 6x6 stud footprint? If so, then I am definitely interested. I have seen a number of pictures of wonderful "giant scale" models such as this one in NYC: (URL) J. Spencer Rezkalla (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Skyscrapers

The Chrysler Building has already been done. If you would like to see the model, grab a copy of The Ultimate Lego Book. It will give you a fairly good illustration of the spire. Good Luck if you decide to proceed. (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Abston College Christ Chapel

  Re: Skyscrapers

  Re: Abston College Christ Chapel

Hey! That looks pretty good thus far. Is that the front section of the chapel, or do you plan to add more to it? You should put some gargoyles over the roof to look down at unsuspecting citizens.
