True, but everything in front of the camera is LEGO (except the background sky). Has LEGO ever made paperclips? Maybe if somebody from Billund or Enfield sent me some paperclips from LEGO headquarters, that could be some sort of loophole.

But using a non-LEGO paperclip, while an otherwise very good suggestion, just seems too much like breaking the rules.

Also, I think Jg4:21 is the best shot of this chapter. Lego figures don’t allow for too much poseability (I’m sure you’ve encountered some problems with that already), but here everything works out wonderfully.

Thanks. Glad that shot came out well, it really is the high point of tension in the story. The toughest thing here was that I needed Jael to stand sideways and turn her head to the side. But you can’t really have minifigs turn their heads with that hairpiece, because the hairpiece doesn’t turn. But I kind of forced it to turn, and if you look closely the hairstyle in that shot looks a little different (a little more modern perhaps) than in the other shots of Jael. It’s as if she got a sudden haicut.

Also, could anyone point me to the peeron page with Jael’s head? I’d love to have that face in my collection. Reverend, it’s perfectly fitting for this story.

I’m pretty sure that the Princess Leia head.

Thanks for the comments!

Or you can use the metal wire used in battery boxes like (URL) here>, or simply say that you did. I mean, cutting up lego pieces seems worse to me than using an invisible paperclip. But hey, it's your party :) (19 years ago, 6-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)
