Thanks! As a matter of fact, I'm looking into making an updated version
of the white classical racer right now. The new version will be a
little bit bigger and have an inline 6 piston engine rather than 4.
Otherwise it will basically have the same functions.
The white classical racer was one of the very first full featured
vehicles I made after my dark ages. With one more year of experience, I
think this is the time to look into upgrading it.
In fact, making a racer like this was my goal as a child as well. I had
a scale model of the Bugatti T-35 which I tried to copy. I never
actually managed to make something proper, though. When I saw the 8422
"Circuit Shock Racer" one year ago, I realized that the wheels were
perfect for a car like that and rushed out and got three of them, to be
sure to have enough.
If I can find the time, I'll probably model the new racer in LDraw.
