Neat Cam Crane for sure! looking at the design though, it doesn't appear to
have a "moving" counter weight, having been designed for the weight of the cam
and nothing more. The idea of the mobile Counterweight is to be able to move it
so you can use the torque(?) provided by the weight in different ways, further
out and you can lift more wieght with the car/grab closer in, or with the
counterweight outwards on the crane more balance when you have to reach objects
more distant from the main support. hope this makes some sense.

Very interesting. thanks for the link . the white roadster with the tall wheels
is like a design I hope to build soon. your's looks pretty sharp!

hmmm Ideas... yea plenty but not many created yet. still sorting the new stuff
I got this clearance season ( thanks to Mike Stanley : ), not sure he is really
happy he told me about them LOL) but I now have better motors and more parts
muahaahaahaa <grin> I have been working on a twin compressor unit today and
hope to have the picts on a page soon. This will be part of the heart of a
pneumatic contraption that I really dont know what is going to do right now.
also I hope to revisit a design I built about ten years ago. That was a series
of concentric technic squares where each inner square was attached to a pivot
90 degrees from the previous square. this was then mounted to a stand with a
modified cash register motor( broke LOTS of gears so I plan on using the new
technic motors this time). When the device was started, the rotation of the
outer square caused the next inner square to rotate,( through a series of gears
along the edge of the technic beams) which in turn rotated the next one and so
on. I think I had a total of four squares moving and it wouldnt stay together
but for about thirty seconds at the best. Lots of torque and the bricks would
work apart but I had some fun : ) With the new technic pieces available now I
hope it will work better. I have an old poloroid of it somewhere that I hope
to add to the web page once I figure out how to get that going. Well anyway,
Thanks again for the links to the neat creations. I am still in awe of all the
very unique variations of Lego creations everyone has been doing!
Keep up the great work!
