Not much at all.  And especially not when the car which runs along the
boom is fully extended.  It can lift an orange when the car is in the
middle of the boom, but I suppose that's approximately the maximum.

Anyway, it wasn't designed to lift much.  If you look at real
construction cranes, they can't lift much either.  But they can span a
large area, and that is what they are designed to do.
