That one seems obvious to the purist... because of where they
originated. Decals come from MicroScale or Champion, not TLG.
Note that you can find evidence of modest impurity on my very own site
(I never claimed to be 100% pure, BTW). In two different cases, I
mutilated the sticker carrier that a sticker came on to get the part
number of the sticker, or a bit of shiny reflective paper, to use on a
part where no other way to get the detail worked.
