Okay now I just loaded Cad draw.  I wish I'd known about this sooner.
Give me a day or so and I'll make a quick mock up of a few ideas.

I think I understand now (I understood how you made the signs, but I
didn't understand how that could be applied to a circular rose window).
Please don't stop using LDraw though! If you need any help, please check
out my tutorial:
