Note: Due to a technical problem, Brad Hamilton is unable to post and asked
me to post this for him.

A little over a year ago, I designed a virtual cathedral using MLCAD that
caused quite a stir.  Thanks to some recent set re-introductions from LEGO,
I've finally been able to build it for real!

Here is the web page including pics and descriptions:

Note that my LEGO web page has moved.  Here is the main web page reference:
http://members.cox.net/bhamilto1/lego.htm

Here is the Bricktopia page (which has also moved):
http://members.cox.net/bhamilto1/topia/topia.htm

I cannot respond to LUGNET right now due to technical problems, but can
communicate by email at bhamilto1@cox.net.

(...) It's great to see this in plastic, and the story is wonderful, if irreverent. :-) Amy (22 years ago, 17-Mar-02, to lugnet.town)

Niiice! I really like the design, and all of the arches. Just a question here? Was bricklink used to acquire all of those white bricks and clear panels?! How long did it take to build it? Just my two brickz <<_Matt Hein_>> Lugnet member No. 1112 (22 years ago, 17-Mar-02, to lugnet.town)

Wonderful! Excellent use of your imagination to place the little touches (vaulting, organ) that make this very realistic! Question - where did you get the keyboard decal for the organ keyboard? Congratulationson a job well-done! I wish I could see (...) (22 years ago, 19-Mar-02, to lugnet.town)

Somebody pick me up! I've fallen and can't get up! Words escape me on this MOC, so I just simply fell over, out of breath, and stunned at how small plastic bricks can create the MAGNIFICENT, BEAUTIFUL, DETAILED, EXQUISITE, EXTRAORDINARY, BREATH (...) (22 years ago, 20-Mar-02, to lugnet.town)

Brad, thanks for sharing another great creation with us. Magnificent construction as always, and an amusing write-up to boot. I remember looking at the Ldraw version of this cathedral and thinking, "this is what Ldraw is good for: it allows us to (...) (22 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.town)
