This brings me back to my postdoc days, when I was living in an incredibly
cheap NYU-subsidized apartment 1.5 blocks from the park.
If you have excess minifigs, you could use them up by making the fountain, with
a performer (juggling? fire-eating?) and assembled crowds. (The scale wouldn't
match the arch, though.)
I wonder what would be the most effective Lego rendition of the cyclone fence
that has recently always seemed to surround some portion of the park while
renovations take place.
