  Re: Pneumatic/Motorized Camera Tilt Unit

(...) Hey guys, I have been following this post since it started. It inspired me to try to find a use for my vision command cam. I decided not to try to use pnuematics...but rather a simple gear/belt drive system. It gives full pan and tilt...well (...) Thanks Mattias. I will post a picture of the technique I used for getting the wing angle, it involves using a hinge underneath the wing, and a different type of hinge on top. Beautiful. There's something very satisfying about seeing proven building techniques applied so perfectly and so thoroughly. I'm going to have to see the final photographs. Take care, Soren (URL) (21 years ago, 8-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Hello All !!!

I like! Very chunky, good color control. I personally favor mecha with longer legs, but you make the stumpy look work. The wrist articulation seems a little weird, but it's just a minor point. All in all, you've got talent, and I hope to see more (...) (21 years ago, 8-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
