(...) Ouch! Triple whammy! The only suggestion I can think of is to find someone to buy for you, who would act as an intermediary to purchase parts for you in exchange for a cash payment. Dave, For what it's worth, I really like the color scheme. The sand green is probably one of my favorite Lego colors. I really like the head and the shoulders look pretty cool as well.
