Ouch! Triple whammy! The only suggestion I can think of is to find someone to
buy for you, who would act as an intermediary to purchase parts for you in
exchange for a cash payment. This is a slow, potentially expensive way to go and
requires quite a bit of trust and patience. These folks aren't easy to find, but
they are out there.
