I got a scanner for my birthday on March 9 and I'm now getting around to posting my pics of a suspension bridge I built nearly 8 years ago! Nathaniel, I've written a program called LPub that takes an LDraw file of your super-car and creates building instructions automatically. One tip for making it look more gorilla-like is to make the body come out at a 45 degree angle from the shoulders. That would make the forearms jutt out more. (...) A lot of my mechs have the same body composition something which I am trying to change. But most of my mechs use these pieces: Technic ball technic sockets 1x2 brick with axle hole 6x1 wedges? They also made the opposite ie. a plate with spaces for studs on both sides. see (URL) only problem with the is they're not a standard plate thickness. The (...) I recently added several new additions to my Brickshelf gallery: (URL) Misc. stuff: (URL) was thinking of my brother who's getting his master's degree in chemistry, & this idea flashed into my mind, so I made it in MLcad. I like... everything about it. :) The shape is certainly reflective of its name -- short, stocky and powerful like a gorilla, etc. Is that a cutting/welding torch stowed on the left shoulder? talk about a workhorse! that brute looks like it can do the job and then some! nice change of pace, too--no weapons. i really like the color scheme (red and greay, like my new one) and the reverse knee look: it seems that's what many mech-ers are (...)
