  Re: Cutting lego...

(...) A Dremmel! (or any other small motorized rotary tool) Fiber-reinforced cutting wheels are preferable over the normal brittle ones. I think you can also get little jigs that turn your rotary tool into a little chop saw. This is great for making (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)

  Cutting lego...

Greetings again. Now that I've gotten the stuff about bonding lego down, it's time for another question! What is the best thing to cut it with? I know that tinsnips work well on things like spears, but I can't figure out how to cut intricate parts. (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)

  Re: cornice

(...) Thanks for the compliment. I just looked at Brickshelf & saw the other cornice. Very impressive. I think I'll be borrowing it at some point. The dark grey seems to mellow out the bright green nicely. great job. Jonathan (23 years ago, 9-Jan-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: cornice

(...) Ya, John's got some good ones. If you want masonry buildings from about 1850 to about 1950 or so, you gotta have those cornices... they're a defining feature of US cities, or so it seems.   Re: cornice
