  Re: more turbocycles!

  Re: more turbocycles!

(...) Sounds pretty close to what I was envisioning :) I'd actually build one, but I think the representation of a futuristic city would make my brain hurt. Besides, I don't have enough road plates to make a decent track *hehe* Perhaps some time in (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

  The Ghostline Express (ISCC Entry)

My entry to the ISCC in the Trains category (Railway High Society) has been posted. I decided to dive into the deep end of the pool with the big boys and enter a train creation instead of sticking with a theme that I have more experience with or one (...)   Re: New MOC: NH-1 'Eisen'

(...) I've seen this one-- I really like! Great idea to integrate the two-- not enough of that here, IMO. I like the 'Foundry'-type dioramas, but I've been wanting to do a 'naturalistic' scene for some time now, too. You'll probably beat me to it, (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Recent Mecha Thoughts

(...) You know, it is. I'm not sure why but I'll venture a guess. As with anything you have purists. Legos mean ______ to some people and when confronted with a new idea it gets rejected by the collective that belives the absolute. Sound stupid? (...)   Re: Recent Mecha Thoughts

(...) Actually I did a bit on this very topic. Take a look: (URL) both terms are correct. Mecha refers more to the Japanese style, and mech is everything else. (Mechs have grease and oil stains. That's about the only difference really...) (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  more turbocycles!

Anyone for a little more turbocycle action? I built three more, the Firebrand, Thanatos, and Blizzard. They can all be found on the ground section of my web page. Enjoy Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

  Re: Bonding lego...

(...) If you want permanent, use PVC/ABS pipe cement. You can pick it up in the plumbing section of your local hardware store. It actually melts the contact surfaces and fuses them together. Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Bonding lego...
