Anyone have any luck making a successful floating boat?

I was just wondering if anyone has had (or even tried) making a successful floating boat (not using the "Boat Really Floats" pieces)? -- Clay Aucoin (25 years ago, 14-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.build)

  MOC: LEGO Darth Maul

I've recently built a huge mosaic of Darth Maul (28 inches tall). Hopefully I won't get in trouble with copyright police. My secret dream (well, it's no longer a secret now :-) ) is to have this piece signed by George Lucas. (URL) (25 years ago, 13-Jun-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

Re: The ULITMATE LEGO Storage containers from Israel!!!!

Interesting topic. In future, instead of posting twice to .build and .market.shopping, consider one post to both places at once. Read helps on your news reader for how to do it. Saves wear and tear on your readers and keeps threads properly skeined. (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.build)

The ULITMATE LEGO Storage containers from Israel!!!!

IS THERE ANYONE ON THIS LIST FROM ISRAEL????? I found the perfect sotrage containers for LEGO's. The only problem is that they are manufactured in Israel and distributed very scarce in the U.S. The company name is "ZAG" and the product name of the (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: A4 British Locomotive

(...) The problem is that Lego makes it *very* difficult to build things in proportion, lengthwise. The nose slope should actually be much shallower ("witch dresses" at the most for the bottom layer) but you'd end up having half the length of the (...)
