Once upon a time, (on Mon, 7 Jun 1999 19:07:16 GMT, to be precise!), R2 uttered
the following profundities....

Don't know of POV to DXF, but there is LDraw DAT file to DXF.

(You will also find links to download LDraw, and a number
of other Lego CAD-type thingies).
Somewhere on the bottom is a link to the converter.
BE WARNED! If converting even small models, the resultant
DXF file can take a long time, and the size of it is
*massive*. (Even though I never got to grips with
LDraw, one can really appreciate its comparitively fast
rendering speed!)
