Thanks for the compliments every one! :) (...) As far as tips go I simply recommend a lot of tinkering and experimentation on the way parts are used. Nothing beats that. (...) I agree, the tabs do add a presence to the head by framing it. I would have liked to modelled the tabs in but at the size I built this thing there were serious real estate issues on the model. After finally seeing both the Yamato and Toynami attempts at making a valkyrie toy I couldn't resist but give my Lego version another try. I added the new Ronin, the Selkie and the Personal Transport to my website. I've also created some new renders of the Hikaru Combat Pod.
