Re: Lego Book "50 years of Lego" —Suzanne D. Rich
(...) I have planned (when I get time) to put select parts on baseplate.com to share with the community (along with other LEGO book materials). There are some great old pictures and some funny stuff too. But no mass scanning from me. I would not be (...) (25 years ago, 29-Feb-00, to lugnet.books)

(...) you (...) Well yes of course. (...) No comment. (...) This I highly doubt. I base this on the going prices of Idea Books that are freely available on www.brickshelf.com.          Re: Lego Book "50 years of Lego" —Suzanne D. Rich
One correction. I apologize for my laziness in earlier post. My book is indeed titled, "50 Years of Play." I mean for no argument here and I'm friendly in this discussion. But I also hope for simple respect of my stance. (...) To be clear, when I (...) (25 years ago, 5-Mar-00, to lugnet.books)

Re: Lego Book "50 years of Lego" —Richard Marchetti
(...) Then again, if the cover is representative of the quality of the material in the rest of the book -- please, save yourself the trouble.           Re: Lego Book "50 years of Lego" —Frank Filz
(...) Oh, the inside of the book is quite interesting. Definitely a worthwhile book. I really appreciate mine even though it is a bit musty and doesn't have the slip case. I won it on eBay from someone in Enfield who said they were given to (...) (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.books)

(...) If anyone else thought this artwork looked familiar, there's a reason - - it's reproduced in Wiencek's WORLD OF LEGO TOYS as well. Sorry, I don't remember the page number off the top of my head. (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.books)
