$40? Wow, I'd definitely buy a 2nd one for that... some reasons:
- over 50 2x2 brown bricks (well, Ok, so S@H has these now)
- bunch of tan arches
- large-ish brown plates
- 'old style' plant leaves
- Xtreme low dk-grey slopes with that beat-up tin roof print
- brown inverse slopes
- green 1x4 snot
- dark grey BURP (ok, so that's hardly a reason, but they ARE getting harder
to find these days)
I seem to remember other cool things about this set, but I'm not sure what
they are offhand. Certainly I've contemplated buying another one at $80
(just call me 'sucker'), so I'd definitely buy one for $40...

| (...) That 24x24 brickplate with the quarter circle cut-out comes to mind. I'm like you - contemplating another one at full price (or 15% sale at Zellers), and if I found them at 50% off, I'd be hard-pressed to not buy all I could find. James (24 years ago, 22-Feb-01, to lugnet.adventurers)

| Ok. Someone please convince me that the Dino Research compound is worth $40. It doesn't appear to be a very good model or have much play value. $40 seems a bit high for a few dinosaurs. We already have the T-rex. Rose (24 years ago, 22-Feb-01, to lugnet.adventurers)
