It may not be a happy, warm image to create in Lego, but it did happen and if someone wants to create something with Lego (...) I just noticed the communications gear placed on the roof of the Dino Research Compound (in the new Summer 2000 S@H catalog). What's up with that? (...) Because velociraptors hadn't been discovered in the time when the Adventurers' adventures took place. So the velociraptors would be out of place. I do not think that they were trying to use the mummy as a guideline to the adventurers theme i think it is inspired from indiana jones because of the mini-fig resebalance take for example jhonny thunder = indiana jones (...) (...) Did you see Raiders of the Lost Ark? Or Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade? Those are more of the inspiration for the Adventurers line than Temple of Doom, which was not nearly as good as the other two. Also, the beginning of Raiders has Indy in (...) (...) I disagree, I think that they were mooching off the potential sucess of the movie The Mummy that I believe was released in 1998. Have you seen it? Very Adventurerish throughout. Great movie.
